3rd and final

So I wish I could post more than just a link but this will have to do. I've read and heard about silly things on Google Earth and Google maps, like some guy proposing, or people's faces or cars seen in places they weren't supposed to be. I think at least even one case of women flashing the Google camera-car. But this, is awesome. First, is that a SNIPER rifle? and Second, was the driver not paying attention or just too committed to the task of driving and taking pictures?
